03/27/05 241 117/71 55 Cholesterol is now 143 overall. HDL is 51, LDL is 80, Triglycerides are 59.
04/23/05 239     Bought regular extra large shirts for the first time in years. No more 2XL anything.
5/24/05 236 114/62 53 1 hr treadmill 6 days/week at 70% of max heart rate. Weight train 3 days/wk.
6/10/05 233 116/65 54 Thinking about moderating my exercise routines. I may be overdoing it.
6/21/05 230 114/64 52 Wonder if my metabolism is slowing from getting fitter or are my daily calories too low considering the amount of exercise I'm doing so as to cause my body to go into starvation mode? I need advice on how much I should be eating for optimum health. Odd worry for me to wonder if I'm eating enough!
7/20/05 228 112/64 49 Been riding my new bicycle 10 to 20 miles every day. What fun! Beats the hell out of working out on the treadmill.
8/30/05 228 118/69 45 Bike riding between 125 and 150 miles a week. Endurance increasing daily.

Have been dealing with some physical problems for the last few months (coccydynia and bouts of sciatica). Skin reduction surgery is being scheduled at the VA for sometime in the next several months.
4/01/07 220 - 224 119/70 51 Five months post abdomonoplasty. Putting on more muscle tissue through exercise. My body continue to change and my abilities continue to grow.
5/28/07 217 - 222 114/70 52 Cardio treadmill stress test at the VA hospital showed no problems and good aerobic conditioning.

1/14/08 214.8 115/73 54 Starting to lose weight again. Being a little more careful with my food and bumped up my walking and exercise times.
2/05/08 209.9     Still losing weight.
