The Tenth Step
Part 1

“Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.”

A core principle behind the Tenth Step is learning to examine our thoughts, feelings, and actions, on a daily basis. So that we can fix things or set them right as soon as possible. This frees us to focus on our recovery, live in harmony, and continue to grow on a day by day practical level.

This page was updated 12/22/2004 to better reflect my current recovery and understanding of Binge Eating Disorder. It is still a work in progress.
